Amazing for the price
I have used this two times so far and it washes up easily and does a great job cooking a chicken or turkey. The coating is starting to flake off the rack, but for the price I paid for it that isn't something I can really complain about.
...Well, it works.
The rack that comes with this has a nonstick coating on it. After two uses, the nonstick coating started to flake off. I'm not very happy with that.
However, the roasting pan and rack serve their purpose...I just try to avoid using the rack with it, if I can.
*Update, Feb 2013:* After barely more than a year of use, we finally retired this thing. It rusted quickly, and the rack became useless pretty much immediately. Not recommended.
Lasted one use
I purchased this pan/rack to bake my Thanksgiving turkey. After one use, I immediately went to wash it using
dishsoap and a rag and the black coating starting chipping off. Contacted the maker and was told to contact Amazon
since they are the ones who sent it. This was a product quality issue and I am disappointed at their lack of concern.
Save your money for a better quality or you might as well buy a 1 time use foil pan.
