Very sturdy pot. It is quite big- 20 qt equals 5 gallons! It was weird using it for the first time to make soup and only using half the pot. Normally my soups are always near the top of the pot. I've used the pot a few times already to make soups, spaghetti sauce, corned beef and corn on the cob (not all at once!) and nothing burned/stuck to the bottom. The glass lid is great, the handle gets warm, but it is cool enough to pickup without a potholder. I am very much enjoying this Stockpot.
Large stainless steel stock pot
This stock pot worked extemely well because it was large enough for my needs and worked well because it had the heat evening base that distributed the heat evenly preventing burn spots. It was also easy to clean because it was made from good quality stainless steel. The glass lid was most helpful in allowing me to monitor the cooking.
