High quality, versatile
I am really impressed by this pan. I need at least a 12 inch pan as I have two hard anodized saute pans that I loved but at 8/10" were too small. The price was right and it is BIG. I think the label actually says 12.5 inches. But works for me. The construction is sturdy, and it's very easy to clean - even if I've let it sit. (I don't have a dishwasher.) So it's deeper and wider than most saute pans but for me that was a bonus. I'll use it most for pan frying and it would also be fantastic for stir fry if you don't have a wok.
