Microcore pack
The Pyrex dish is great, but you have to be careful not to over heat the Microcore pack. I've recently found that repalcement packs can be purchased from Vesture Corporation

faulty inserts
This product is a great idea and would be wonderful. However, I have to versions and both of the thermal inserts that you heat in the microwave have exploded. Also, I have been unable to find replacements.
