The "curing" process wasn't hard but fun and once done it was put to the test... Results: perfect and tasty beans. On the occasion that food (a stew) was left in the pot for next day though, it spoiled 10 times faster than if left in stainless steel. Recommendation: take out leftovers right away or fit pot in fridge if possible.
Photo is deceptive
The color of this jar is very different than the picture posted. The actual jar is light brown rather than the vibrant orange depicted. If brown isn't what you are looking for, keep shopping.
