Love My New Dutch Oven from Calphalon
I absolutely love my new Calphalon dutch oven. I was worried it might be too big for my glass stovetop but it is just the right size. I am the type of cook who was born to cook for the masses. I would start out with my 5 quart dutch oven and almost always had to switch over to my huge roaster. So far I have not overflowed this one. I like that it isn't any taller than my old pan just wider. The non-stick surface works great just like all my Calphalon pans. I definitely would recommend this or it's smaller sister the 5 Quart Dutch Oven. It's nice that it can go in the dishwasher, too.
Calphalon Unison Sear Nonstick 5-Quart Dutch Oven Set
Unison is a great line
We like the new Unison line very much. Something about the shape or thickness makes boils happen very evenly across the whole surface instead of primarily at the edges. The handles are better insulated from the heat of the pot. The non-stick surface is very good.
